Key Responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of the unit
Effectively communicate critical matters to both team members and client
Efficiently manage his/her team to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within specification.
Track compliance to agreed processes and procedures.
Conduct, analyze and report client satisfaction surveys.
Investigate customer complaints and other non-conformance issues including supporting fraud investigations.
Feed intelligence log on a weekly basis
Daily engagement of clients and leads via CRM application.
Ensure all client and staff issues are promptly dealt with, meeting specified deadlines 100% using appropriate follow up methods
Celebrate as prescribed ALL key client and staff on special occasions and anniversaries 100% of the time
Increase sales pool with 50 ready to deploy staff each week
Required Experience
Experience in Outsource or HR Consulting
Experience managing relationships with key clients
Writing & Presentation skills
Effective communication skills
Team Management skills
