Human Resource Executive

Requirements

A Master’s Degree of Psychology or Counseling from accredited College / University.
3 to 5 yrs. experience on the same field.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Acts as a campus resource on psychology and represents Career Counseling Services in the university community
Serve as a liaison for the Career Development, providing career counseling and outreach to students, alumni and faculty.
Provide career development and job search counseling to University students and alumni in both individual and group settings, decided and undecided students
Develop a general knowledge and understanding of the related professions represented by Skyline programs in the Colleges and School and maintain familiarity with the education, training and career opportunities and expectations
Excellent communication skills, experienced professional in telephone communications; exceptional interpersonal skills and problem solving ability; service oriented; proficient in Microsoft Office software and Internet research; able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks/deadlines/priorities; strong service orientation; ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Preferably Nigerian National
