Details:Job Description/Responsibilities
Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc.
Handle sales and prompt delivery to customers
Take stocks of goods/products
Effectively manage different communication channels:resolve customer complaints via all available phone, email.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree/HND/OND from any discipline.
Minimum of 6months Sales/CRM experience
Demonstrable customer-friendly qualities.
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Must be Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and must be Internet Savvy.
Must be currently resident in lekki/Ajah axis
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be able to work under pressure, work with or without supervision.
Must be learn able and teachable.
Must be creative and initiative.
Possess minimum of B.Sc / HND/OND.
Must not be more than 25 years of age.
