Familiarize self with COMPANY’S emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.
Promote the safety of persons, the protection of environment and assets of COMPANY’S and service companies concerned in all COMPANY’S operations.
Ensure all personnel under your supervision are aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring to check compliance.
Promote professionalism and respect of our company rules, best practices and technical excellence.
Guarantees the safe execution of agreed Well Services programmed activities on time at the well site, in compliance with codes of practices, all while optimizing and improving costs and lead times.
Responsible of Permit To Work preparation and follow up in order to deliver seamless operations. · Actively participate in the JRA process with site team.
Require working across all sites operated by COMPANY’S – onshore, offshore; and in the Contractors Well Services workshops in Port Harcourt.
Implementation on site of the COMPANY’S-Wells Department Policy, Organization, Technical Standards, Controls & Procedures, and Working Practices for the execution of Coil tubing, HP pumping and any other Well Services activities.
Implement controls and processes to safeguard the technical integrity of the well and wells services equipment, economic interests and reputation of COMPANY’S assets, in respect of Well Services.
Has a well site responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision, execution, and evaluation of a wider scope of CT operations. This will includes Coil tubing, HP Pumping and any other Well Servicing activity such SL and EL operation
Lead and supervise specialized Well Services team in the execution of on site Well Services activities to deliver maximum value whilst maintaining HSE standards.
Prepare and manage Well Services operations in respect of defined scope of work and well program with the objective of Cost containment and respect to Company Rules (HSE and Technical)
Plan and mobilize resources (personnel, equipment) on location on time and safe manner.
Follow scrupulously well program and communicate with superintendent any issue or unplanned event.
Prepare well intervention daily reports capturing time and well parameters as well as accurate daily cost.
Provide exemplary HS&E Leadership in support of all Well Services activities under area of responsibility.
Supervise QHSE audits at well site and contractor’s support bases in collaboration with Drilling and Completion Operations Safety Leader (OSL).
Prepare JRA with FO prior to operation’s commencement.
Ensure service companies comply with all Company rules
Promote the protection of environment and the Safety of persons
Ensure that all assigned WS staff and contractors satisfy their duty of obligations set out in the HSE COMPANY’S Company Rule Plans.
Participate to regular well service and stimulation unit inspections with contractor and act on the results of these (including WS contractors required training)
Ensure QA/QC commitments from services companies are applied.
Follow and adhere to COC
Liaise with FO and Superintendent in town
Preparation of daily reports to his Superintendent.
Communicates with superintendent on operations developments
Follow up on site inventories (weekly)
Ensuring daily job execution in timely manner.

Job Requirements

Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering plus:
Minimum of with 8 years experience in Well Services operations (CT, HPP, SL, EL). Good knowledge of equipment is required to be able to supervise and coordinate effectively.
Good oral, written presentation and communication skill in English language.
Have a PC literate with word processing and spread sheet applications in a Window environment.
International Well Control (IWCF) Certificate.
BOSIT certificate
Excellent knowledge of Coil Tubing BHAs, Pumping units and any other Well intervention tools and machinery
