Reasonable understanding of Information Technology
Good working understanding of Windows 2000 – 2013, Windows 2013 Server.
Answer telephone calls in a professional and positive manner as stipulated in the telephone mannerisms presentation
Resolving customer queries on FX team products within the IBC
Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office 2007
Customer service oriented
Effective communication skills, verbal and written
A first degree or equivalent in any discipline, Minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division (2.2)
At least 1-year experience in banking operations, ideally within the corporate financial service sector.
