Job Summary:
Dreamboat British Academy is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Mathematics Teacher to provide high-quality, concept-driven lessons aligned with the British Curriculum. The successful applicant will empower students to cultivate robust numeracy abilities, enhance their problem-solving techniques, and refine their analytical reasoning across all key stages.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including the management of daily operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational efficiency. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with industry standards. Lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and resource allocation. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and project execution. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
Deliver mathematics instruction in strict adherence to the British National Curriculum standards, ensuring comprehensive coverage of prescribed content and learning objectives.
Design and implement meticulously organized, differentiated instructional sessions tailored to diverse learning needs and abilities.
Facilitate comprehensive preparation for both internal assessments and external examinations to ensure students achieve optimal academic performance.
Monitor student performance systematically, delivering prompt and constructive feedback to support their development.
Facilitate the development of analytical reasoning skills and the implementation of theoretical principles in practical contexts.
Foster an environment of respect and academic excellence by upholding classroom discipline and cultivating a positive, engaging learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline is required.
Possesses prior experience in delivering Mathematics instruction within the British educational framework.
Requires strong proficiency in subject and effective classroom management techniques.
Demonstrates a dedication to fostering academic rigor and ensuring the achievement of student outcomes.
