Job Description:

Servicing the needs of the existing customers through distribution and re-distribution of company products
Build and promote strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering with them for sales improvements of company products
Create new potential customers and service them accordingly
Meeting Sales target as set by the Management
Preparing and reporting all daily, weekly and monthly reports accordingly through DFR/PJP
Monitoring competitor’s activities/strategy and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and trade item success and suggest such to Management
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market and suggest such to Management for active activation
Identify the needs of customers and try to satisfy them within the limits of the company resources.
Ensure collection of outstanding (if any) and maintains zero monthly outstanding personal sales records at all times

Expectations

University Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or Marketer of FMCG products.
Must currenlty reside in the North of Nigeria
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
Positive and enthusiastic attitude/a can do mindset
Ability to meet and surpass a set target
