Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a strategic and process-minded COO with experience especially in the development of a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals. The COO must be a leader who is able to help others at delivering measurable, cost-effective results that make the vision a reality.The successful candidate must be able to preserve the creative spark within the team while ensuring more effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirement:
Mininum of 5 years NGO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree
MBA/Msc
Must demonstrate thorough understanding of key business functions and systems including forecasting & budgeting.
Must be a leader and can inspire his team.
Excellent written & verbal communication.
High level of integrity and a good sense of judgement.
