General Manager – Marketing Head of Customer Services Training and Development Officer Human Resources Manager

Job Description

This person will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal marketing teams.
This person ensures that the marketing department’s activities contribute to the company’s long term success
He/she will develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
Other functions include setting current and long term goals for internal teams and designing and reviewing the marketing department’s budget.

Requirements

B.Sc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
MBA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or relevant field is a plus
A minimum of 12 years in marketing with at least 5 years in similar position
Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google analytics, webtrends etc,) And google Ad Words
Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and google adwords
Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
