Storing, retrieving and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.
Attending to incoming/outgoing e-mails and documents.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
Scheduling meetings and appointments with the Principal.
Handle the tasks of scanning and indexing documents and manuals into the Electronic filing systems.
Handle records of all contracts, distributions and transmitals.
Responsible for the originating and maintenance of the MDR (Master Deliverable Register) in relation to the Principal’s.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualification: First degree in Business Administration.
Experience: 3 years relevant experience.
Gender: Female
