Job Description
Confirms the eligibility of the prospective employee’s guarantor.
Confirms the correctness or otherwise of the information provided in the staff file
Prepares weekly reports of activities on vetting and investigations.
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensures inputted files are well archived
Follow up on Terminal benefits for staffs
Promptly resolve and attend to staff queries (salary, pension etc)
Also must be able to use SAGE software (VIP)
Requirements
Two years Experience
Completed NYSC.
Bachelors Degree
Human Resources background.
