Business Development Officer

Job Description Primary functions:

Promote Lasgidi Carriers and SICL products/services:

Passenger transport (Agency arrangement via UBER/TAXIFY and clients)
AVR services to Banks, Telecom companies, Fleet managers such as UBER and more.
Procurement services

Prospect and establish new business relationships for the company
Maintain existing business relationships constant client interface and feedback
Provide weekly reports of all work scope and other assigned tasks
In certain instances, manage assigned aspects of certain operations that are in line to ensuring business success
Prepare/submit invoices to clients in a timely manner and follow-up to ensure prompt payment within stipulated contract dates
Constantly developing innovative ideas to keeps the business competitive and outrank competition.
Other tasks as may be assigned

Requirements Minimum Qualification:

HND/B.Sc

Working hours:

9am – 5 pm, Mon-Fri. but may be required to work weekends.

Targets:

1st 6 months – NGN 10,000,000.00 with monthly appraisal
Next 6 months – NGN 25,000,000.00
Timeliness in execution of assigned tasks

Work Tools:

Allocated google drive – In line with company policy, all Woking documents, correspondences etc. must be saved real-time on the google drive.
Personal/customized email address
Other company stationaries/laptop
Official Sim card

Remuneration Package

Start-up salary – NGN 50,000.00
After confirmation – 20% – 50% increase
Annual performance bonus and/or share of profit **
Official Car after 12-18 months **
Official car is converted to personal asset after the preceding 12 – 18 months**
Salary for the 1st 2 months is paid at the end of the 2nd month.
