The Partnership and Local Rights Programme Advisor will support Partnerships and Local Rights Programme (P & LRP) in relevant States to deliver on the core objectives of AAN using the Human Rights Based Approach (HRBA). S/he will focus on system strengthening, capacity building of relevant partners in States & communities and ensure that funds released for projects are properly utilised.Person SpecificationsEducation/Qualifications
First degree in Social sciences or arts/humanities is essential.
Master’s degree in relevant field is desirable.
Experience
At least four years’ experience in project management is essential.
Experience in community mobilization is essential.
Experience working with women groups and persons with disabilities is desirable
Skill/Abilities
Strong communication and writing skills is essential.
Ability to communicate in Hausa, or any other local languages in the North East is essential.
Excellent skills in Programme Information Management is desirable
