Job Description
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including letters and email
Document management
Maintain an up to date register of all books in the library
Liaise with clients, staff and service providers
Prepare relevant documents for committee, board and other meeting- notices, minutes agendas and ensure that all such relevant documents are circulated
Facility management
Asset management
Personnel management
Plan, direct and coordinate the operation of vehicle maintenance and repairs
Respond to customer complaints and follow up with the relevant department, ensuring that all is done to the customer’s satisfaction
Work alongside sales and marketing personnel to ensure that targets of marketing efforts are met
Prepare and direct in service training for admin personnel, drivers and other personnel as are deemed necessary
