Medical Relationship Agent

Job Description

This involves contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, persuading them that our products or services can best satisfy their needs; closing sales by agreeing the terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales service.

Responsibilities

Arranging appointments with clients, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling;
Making presentations to clients
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and supporting administrative staff;
Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and discussing future targets with manager;
Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with clients during presentations;
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products;
Maintaining knowledge of new developments in the National Health Service (NHS), anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly;
Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the middle class and high end Nigerian clients;
Staying informed about the activities and reaction of clients in different area and addressing their needs.

Qualifications

Candidates with a University degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare subjects are particularly required
Candidates with medical background, especially in dermatology/cosmetology/aesthetic and beauty will be an added advantage.
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Must have experience in establishing contacts with middle class and high end Nigerian clients.

Work Experience:

Relevant work experience in dermatology/cosmetology/aesthetic and beauty placement or in a commercial environment and not less than 2years is mandatory.
