Qualifications and Experience
B.Sc/HND in any of the Social Sciences with not less than 3 years in Management position in Security Industry.

People oriented and result driven
Demonstrable experience with human metrics
Knowledge of HR Systems and database
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
competence to build and efficient management interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Indepth knowledge of Labour law and the best practices
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage
