Job Description

A specialist job board for Early Years Education Jobs is in need of business development officers in Lagos and Abuja to assist in growing their client base and help grow their pool of qualified and experienced early years practitioners.
The role comprises of and not limited to the following key responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Contacting new clients to establishing recruitment needs and forging relationships.
Listing new clients on our directory.
Building relationships with new clients to establish trust, with a view to supplying candidates to meet their recruitment needs.
Visiting and servicing clients through outstanding customer service to develop and build relationships.
Maintaining long lasting client relationships to maximise business opportunities
Candidates       
Sourcing and attracting suitable candidates to add to our bank.
Establish long term, solid relationships with suitable candidates to support their career aims.

In return for your hard work we offer the following package.

Salary: N50k /Month
15% Monthly Commission

Requirements

Must be able to work remotely. Which means successful person must have their own devices (laptop & mobile phone).
Access to electricity to charge devices is desirable.
Must be comfortable with cold calling.
Wiling to visit clients.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Exposures to social media, email and design tools are a must for this role.
