The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the CEO and have responsibility for the strategic direction of business development. Key responsibilities
Create and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive increased CIT and Cash Processing volumes
Produce and distribute thought leadership across multiple channels to promote the company brand
Commercialize new product lines including ATM management and bank neutral hubs
Build, maintain and manage product and service collateral including service brochures, guides, web pages, presentations and a bid library
Maintain communication with operations, finance and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of new business
Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers at customers and strategic partners
Lead regional sales and marketing staff
Qualifications
10+ years’ sales and marketing/sales experience
Experience within the financial services industry
Professional skills
Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal/communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to present product and service solutions to key decision makers
