Social Media Consultant

Job Description The Social media Consultant is expected to:

Know all the ins and outs of every major social media tool, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Youtube, bookmarking sites, etc.
Achieve a monthly improvement on all social media accounts which will be tracked.
Explore certain avenues of social media marketing that are profitable and have the potential to provide a good ROI. And of course avoid the ones that don’t. Submit via email your suggestions regularly.
Constantly provide feedback to customers / track engagement on all The Place social media handles with turnaround time of 24hours across our website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube
Have general knowledge of design and ability to select visually appealing posts from the graphic designers and provide feedback for improvement required (if any).
Listen to instructions, express ideas, both orally and in writing and provide relevant and timely information to management, co-workers, subordinates and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Degree in relevant discipline
Experience in social media marketing and engagements
Good social media follower-ship
Excellent social and interpersonal skills, ability to connect easily with people.
Ability to create catchy content will be an added advantage
