A highly organized and detail-oriented professional is sought to fill the role of Admin/Finance Manager within our fast-paced hospitality team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and financial oversight, maintaining high standards of efficiency, regulatory adherence, and robust internal controls throughout all organizational divisions.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering seamless communication and alignment to meet team and company-wide goals. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to optimize workflows and achieve measurable outcomes. Develop and mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities, cultivating a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Responsible for managing and harmonizing all daily administrative functions within the organization, facilitating seamless collaboration among various departments such as Front Office, Operations, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, and Events.

Oversee the complete finance operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis to facilitate informed strategic business decisions.

Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions to guarantee accurate and prompt invoicing, meticulous payment monitoring, and thorough reconciliation of all financial transactions.

Monitor and oversee petty cash disbursements across various departments, maintaining strict accountability, accurate documentation, and compliance with established internal policies.

Ensure financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation are meticulously maintained in accordance with established accounting standards and organizational policies.

The position involves assisting with payroll administration by verifying staff payroll inputs, confirming attendance records, overtime submissions, and deductions, while also ensuring salaries are processed promptly.

Perform periodic cost evaluations across various departments, including Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa, and Events, to uncover potential cost reductions and enhance overall profitability.

Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to uphold adherence to all statutory obligations.

Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to facilitate precise revenue tracking, ensuring all revenue streams are accurately captured.

Oversee daily cash flow and financial performance, delivering timely insights and strategic recommendations to management to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure the procurement processes are managed effectively in partnership with key departments, verifying that all necessary approvals are obtained, vendor relationships are well-maintained, and expenditures remain cost-effective.

Maintain accurate documentation and organized filing systems for all financial and administrative records to ensure audit preparedness and transparency.

Requirements

A relevant Bachelor’s degree—such as in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline—is required for this position.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to five years of professional experience in finance and administration, with a strong preference for those with a background in the hospitality sector.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in hotel or property management operations is considered beneficial.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Excel and accounting software is required.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Proven capacity to thrive in dynamic, high-paced hospitality settings while maintaining exceptional service standards and adaptability to evolving demands.
