plan a production schedule for the Production of pastries of different sorts
implement and control the production schedule
determine the material resources required
estimate production costs
set and manage production budgets
manage production budgets
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree – food science, Business administration, management or related degree
knowledge of Production of pastries and small chops (very important)
knowledge of machines and tools
knowledge of raw materials
knowledge of quality systems and standards
knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
