Marketing Executive

Overall Purpose of Job:
To ensure all customer relationship and service functions are in line with company policies. To source for and retain new and old customers and manage such to their satisfaction. To provide relevant support and information required by management in the course of performing duty.

Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships through sales
Introducing, marketing, quoting and selling Bosch and other machine products through outbound and inbound calls with the objective to develop and close new business
Work to enhance sales and the knowledge of Bosch and other machine products.
Executes outbound calls directed towards agreed upon accounts for the purpose of growing sales in these accounts and achieving defined sales goals
Identifies decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process
Determines prospect needs and requirements and suggests appropriate solutions
Influences prospects to purchase, utilize or retain products and/or services

Internal Relationships
Interacts with all employees in the organization
External Relationships
All the company’s customers
Special Features of Job Holder

Minimum of 3 years Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience; preferably selling technology products
Working knowledge of furniture hand machine products (specifically video or imaging solutions) is helpful. Excellent computer skills is a must, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Individual must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner
Must be able to support a team approach to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction.
