Job Description
RYNO is looking to hire an intern as an Operations Supervisor.
Manage day-to-day fleet operation activities.
Supervising driver team ansd ensuring working planning, training and HSE standards.
Managing vehicle allocation and planning in advance.
Managing all vehicle documents.
HSE internal auditing to keep the vehicles compliant as per HSE standards.
Review of weekly and monthly reports and summarizing pertinent points.
Coordinating the acquisition and maintenance of vehicles.
Desired Skills & Experience
Male or female with minimum of a university degree.
Driving license, off road knowledge, logistics.
Extensive people management experience.
Strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
Strong understanding of safety culture and management.
Well-developed problem solving and organizational skills and attention to detail.
Remuneration 30,000 Thousand Naira monthly.
