Oversee the inventory management of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies to guarantee the availability of necessary components for repairs.

Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and records for all machinery, ensuring thorough documentation of repairs performed, service schedules, and replaced components.
Deliver consistent documentation of equipment functionality, highlighting any persistent operational challenges or metrics related to system unavailability.
Develop and present budget proposals to address maintenance requirements and spare parts procurement.
Conduct training sessions for machine operators and production personnel, covering fundamental troubleshooting techniques, operational optimization strategies, and preventive maintenance protocols.
Responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior maintenance personnel while ensuring strict adherence to established safety protocols and guidelines.
Ensure that every maintenance task adheres strictly to all applicable industry regulations and safety protocols.
Enforce adherence to established safety protocols throughout all machine operations, repair processes, and maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment.
