Candidates should possess at least one year of postings professional experience in medical records management, health information management, or a front desk/administrative capacity, ideally within a healthcare setting.

Applicants must possess either a university degree or a Higher National Diploma in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a closely related discipline.

Must maintain current registration with applicable professional organizations.

Proficient in utilizing computers and related software applications with a high degree of skill and adaptability.

Proficiency in hospital management software applications would be considered a valuable asset for this role.

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill this crucial role, responsible for executing core functions essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field and at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Key duties include managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Additionally, the position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-specific software, and exceptional communication abilities to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring they are promptly registered and directed to the appropriate locations with professionalism and courtesy.

Develop and oversee patient records in both physical and digital formats while maintaining strict standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Schedule and manage patient appointments, referrals, and subsequent follow-up visits to ensure efficient and organized healthcare delivery.

Collect and systematically organize medical records in a timely manner to support both clinical operations and administrative functions.

Maintain adherence to patient data privacy regulations and hospital documentation standards at all times.

Compile and deliver regular reports summarizing patient statistics, admissions data, and records activity.

Serving as a liaison, facilitate seamless communication and information exchange between clinical staff, patients, and other departments to ensure efficient collaboration and operational continuity.
