Organizing and maintaining files and records
Coordinates staff, client, guests and visitors
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Maintain the diary of CEO
Office organization and front desk management
Store, retrieve and maintain data on the computer
Develop business network and handle office routine
Arrange meetings and appointments for the CEO.
