Job Description
The manager will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales, marketing and his team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Recruit, select, orient, and train sales representatives.
Set sales targets for individual sales representative.
Monitor your team’s performance to reach targets.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Report to Sales Manager.
Requirements
B.Sc/M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5-7 years relevant experience in such business with successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting and/or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Candidate should be a male between the ages of 30-35 years.
