Administrative Assistant Technical and Regulatory Affair Manager

Job Description

Attend to all visitors ( visitors registration, liaising with managers / employees for orientation of visitors)
Ensure that all company assets, tools and the environment of the Company are maintained to the highest quality standards and assist with the smooth running of the department.
Assist in the on-boarding/induction process of new hires recruitment
Assist in organizing all safety related training issues; ensure all First-Aid Boxes/all safety gadgets such as Fire Extinguishers, etc are adequate for Company’s use
To carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution with a minimum of Second Class, Upper Division.
3 years minimum experience.
