Duties
Manage the existing sales team including 3~4 team leaders and around 30~40 promoters.
Find solution to increase the sales in your regional market.
Report sales data, stock data, price and competitor price information in your responsible region market;
Explore the new phone stores and persuade them to buy our client brand;
Negotiate with the store owner give good space for our client, and try to create more visibility outside the store;
Competitor brand sales collection and marketing activities observation.
Arrange the activation to promote our client brands.( Capable to settle LASAA, LASAPA,Street Boys,Local government)
Requirement:
At least 5 years sales experience of phone field, Chinese phone brands experience is preferred ;
Familiar with Lagos phone market, and familiar with the sub-dealers;
Good relationship with Lagos Chain store( SLOT, Microstation, Pointek)
Smart, aggressive and ambitions with good negotiation skills is preferred;
