Sales Engineer

HND/B Sc (Electrical or Mechanical)
Fresher / or 1 or 2 years experience
Knowledge of Basic engineering, good knowledge about MS Excel

Function:

Grow Atlas Copco Air Compressor Spare parts & Equipment business.
Achieve agreed sales budget
Develop sales in assigned geographical territory through direct sales visits.
Prepare daily and weekly sales visit plan to customers.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with established customers through close management of the accounts and attention to their needs. Target to meet min. 4 customers per day.
Offer free health checkup, service consultancy, various service solutions to the customer to gain and retain customer loyalty.
Promote for Annual Maintenance Contracts to the customers for long-term engagement
Offer complete product portfolio to customers
To interact actively with customers to become their consultant in compressed air solutions.
To follow-up existing customer showing high degree of commitment and professionalism.
To set and maintain coherent and clear sales activity agenda.
To understand the customer needs, generate requirement, create vision, submit the proposal on time.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction through prompt response, on-time delivery of parts and prompt service
Reporting: To report, (daily, weekly & monthly) using sales tools and databases, activities and information collected in the market (customers, competitors, actions in progress…)
To continuously improve technical knowledge on products & Parts (through self-reading of Instruction books and Part list books of the equipment) technologies and applications.
To support complete sales process with prospecting, discussions, demonstration, exhibition, reference selling and negotiation to achieve target.
To maintain regular contact with all customers. Spend 90% your time in meeting existing potential customers & finding new potential customers.
To assist in collecting marketing information like installation data base, competition activities, market trend etc to get a better knowledge on the market of compressors.
Payment collection – Ensure proper documentation and submission of invoice and waybills to the customers. Follow up for payment, WHT receipts etc.
