Responsibilities will include the following:
Analyse potential client and closing business with clients.
Ensure sales of company product within the fuel, automation, calibration terminal industry.
Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss results and strategies with sales personnel.
Provide market price input and participate in price negotiations with suppliers.
Provide strategies of selling company product to client.
Identify and develop relationships with trade associations, develop strategies for attending trade shows, conferences, and business meetings. Develop trade show materials and exhibits.
Promote positive relationships with suppliers, partners, vendors, distributors, and customers.
Work with internal department managers and administrative staff to develop effective internal procedures and lines of communication.
Provide weekly reports to senior management and attend senior management meetings to review performance and revise strategies.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of related experience in the petroleum industry
Extensive knowledge including:
Sales
Fuel industry
Pump
Terminal Automation
Calibration & Tank cleaning services
Aviation fuel system
Technical knowledge and understanding of fuel industry operations and related technologies
Ability to create, implement and monitor effective business plans
Strong P&L, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Convenience Channel knowledge is beneficial
Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
