Proven expertise in successfully managing intricate, politically nuanced institutional procurement procedures.
Proven expertise in commercial contract structuring, with the capability to develop and champion a robust pricing framework assertively before the Board.
Experience with government technology procurement within security or judicial sectors, including classified or restricted procurement procedures, is required.
