Oversee and execute key operational duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Provide specialized technical guidance and contributions to Well Testing Projects, ensuring the delivery of expert insights and solutions.

Facilitate the procurement and allocation of necessary equipment, consumables, and personnel to support all Well Testing Projects.

To help guarantee that all delivered products meet the client’s specified quality standards, you will provide vital support in maintaining and verifying product excellence throughout the fulfillment process.

Support the development and implementation of project execution plans while ensuring timely delivery of products.

Maintain all equipment and installations in optimal, safe operating condition at all times.

Ensure adherence to operational targets and deadlines established by the Board of Governors (BOG) or clients, maintaining consistent performance and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Perform additional official duties as assigned.

Conduct on-site assessments for Well Testing Projects and electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

To document and maintain comprehensive records of all equipment maintenance reports, job history cards, and equipment status cards.

Individuals must demonstrate a thorough understanding of and adherence to both the Board of Governors’ (BOG) and the Client’s established Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management procedures and policies.

Ensure strict compliance with all permit-to-work systems, completing the necessary documentation and procedures at each location in accordance with both company and client guidelines.

Compose an SEC card for each identified hazard to ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with the Project Office to identify opportunities for reducing expenses associated with consumables and materials utilized in the Project.

Proven expertise and technical proficiency are required to effectively support and substitute for the Senior Field Service Engineer as needed.

Contribute to the design and rollout of internal training programs.

Person Specification

Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field within the Applied Sciences.

We require a minimum of two years of practical experience in the role of a well test engineer.

Proficiency in multiphase well testing meter technology and its operational principles provides a competitive edge in this role.

Highly knowledgeable in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry, with a deep understanding of its operations, challenges, and market dynamics.

Must possess a keen attention to detail and demonstrate meticulousness in all tasks.

Proficiency in the operation of multiphase flow meters is highly beneficial.
