Job Description:
The Accounts/Admin will wear multiple hats to be able to handle customer orders completion, account statements and office administration. Prepares periodic accounting reports and present to management as at when due.
Essential Job Functions:
Accounting duties
Qualified candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of company financial records and reporting
Handling of customer order requests, calls, and fulfilment.
Merchants’ account reconciliations and statement
Returns and refunds processing
Manages financial expenditure, including running costs, staff expenses, administrative costs, VAT & remittance of statutory taxes;
Prepares regular reports and statements for management;
Ensures that accounting functions are completed in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations.
Administrative duties:
Ensures that the office environment is kept in good condition through effective supervision of personnel in charge of cleaning;
Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office;
Ensures the maintenance of office equipment and machinery, including copier, generator set.
Manages all office assets such as vehicles, air-conditions, laptops, printers;
Creates and manages office filing system;
Create and maintain vendor database
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Training Requirements: Experience in Accountant and Administrative role

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years post NYSC work experience
