Job Description He/She will be responsible for:

Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained
Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company
Supervise call plan of Sales team through Business Development Managers.
Analyzing customer research, the market and competitor data and making recommendations that drive brand growth
Leading all marketing activity and measuring performance through developing appropriate marketing
metrics
Maintaining, developing and researching potential new strategic relationships within the sector to help drive the growth of the brand.
Modify or redirect business intelligence strategy.

Requirements

7 years sales experience
At least 2 years in Management position
highly commercial approach to turning good strategy into great execution.
Ability to manage and achieve great ROI on seven figure marketing budgets
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience in the Travel Industry will be an added advantage.
