JOB FUNCTION:
Marketing and sales of the company’s products and services
Implement business planning strategy
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
Execution of market penetration plan and marketing program
Develop various sales strategies in ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Weekly preparation of sales reports
Production of feedback on potential sales leads and sales presentations to team members and superiors
JOB REQUIREMENT:
OND, HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences and any related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Second Class honours.
Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
A candidate must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications.
Good communication and negotiating skills.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to work with co-professional from different nationalities.
Fluency in English at working levels.
The successful candidate will have sound judgement, enormous energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
