Job Duties
Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
Cleans food preparation areas
Prepares food for special occasions.
Orders ingredients and spices as needed
Devises new methods of cooking and introduce new menu.
Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill etc.
Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation
Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
Sees to kitchen equipment repairs and purchase.
Skills and other Requirements
A dedicated cook.
Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Must be quick and clean.
Must be honest.
