Duration: Permanent, 2 years
Requirements

Should have 12+ yrs. of experience of handling application support in BI/DWH Area.
Experience of handling e2e service management, SLA monitoring & handling, customer communication & reporting.
Understanding of ITIL framework and adherence to it is must.
Should have very good Telecom domain experience.
Experience of onsite customer management for BI Implementation projects and Managed Service projects is a must.
Should have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; with ability to deal with people at all levels.
Preferably person also has experience in BI/DW Design.
Ability to perform the role of Business Analyst i.e. capture requirements, analyze and explain to development team.
Knowledge of Informatica/Oracle DB/ OBIEE/SAS will be added advantage.

Things to Note:
Associate is expected to travel for short durations (1-2 weeks) at a time, multiple times a year. During initial transition associate may have to be at different locations continuously for 3 months. Travel includes difficult countries as well. Knowledge of local language is must
