SummaryThe Personal Assistant (PA) supports the work of the management to undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks. He will be required to be calm under pressure and capable of thinking on his feet in a crisis. The post holder, should be capable of competently dealing with situations in the boss’s absence and should be confident enough to delegate upwards on the boss’s behalf. Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement of the PA role. And building a strategic partnership with the boss is only possible if PA keep abreast of the Value Seeds organization’s goals and their boss's strategic objectiveDuties:

answering calls and liaising with clients competently,
preparing correspondence on management's behalf,
delegating work in management’s absence,
diary management for President
planning and organizing meetings,
organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,
attending meetings on management behalf where required
taking action points and writing minutes,
preparing key papers for meetings, taking dictation and making summaries
planning and organizing events,
conducting research trends on core company activities,
drafting communications on president's behalf, editing and ensuring all letter reflect quality
preparing presentations,
managing and reviewing filing and office systems, both manual and online
sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,
managing special projects as designated
-implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Job Requirements:

A BSc. or higher degree in relevant discipline
A valid driver’s license
Ability to speak and write in Hausa language is an added advantage
3-4years of relevant experience with be also be an advantage
