Product Training Manager

Job Descriptions

The Product Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that increase product knowledge and foster customer engagement.
The Product Training Manager collaborates cross functionally within Technical Business, Operations, Sales, Finance and Marketing to prioritize training objectives and then develops training solutions to achieve objectives.

Duties

Deliver internal and external end user training on company platform and products
Create training materials in multiple formats, i.e. webinars, PowerPoint, videos, print and hands-on demonstration via both hardware and software tools
Review and regularly update training material
Evaluate and monitor the quality and effectiveness of the training program
Stay informed of the constant changes and improvements in the products and develop and execute plans to create and maintain training and help materials
Liaise with sales, operations and product management departments to ensure consistent messaging to various audiences
Works with various levels of personnel and business units/technical areas to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met
Manage the training schedule and training records
Create end user training assessments and incorporate feedback into modifications of future training, as appropriate
Assist with the development of non-related training materials, as needed
Serves as a proactive customer service & quality ambassador of Capricorn Digital Limited by representing the organization in a positive, professional manner to support the Brand Promise

Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
4-6 years of training experience including on-line training development.
Retail training with Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Qualifications

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Retail/store management background
Understanding of Adult Learning principles
Excellent verbal & written communication skills all audiences
Understanding of Instructional Design
Facilitation skills in multiple settings to include classroom, one-on-one, and in stores
Excellent organizational and task management skills
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Extensive experience of training in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint software programs
Multi-media training platform experience
Ability to work well with HR team members & participation in projects outside of the position description

Remuneration

Monthly gross of NGN150k to NGN 200k.
