We’re looking for a driven and outcomes-focused Sales Specialist to join our rapidly expanding fintech firm. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying new leads, fostering meaningful connections with potential clients, converting prospects into paying customers, and contributing to overall business expansion through strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing [specific responsibilities, e.g., project management, team leadership, budget administration], ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and previous leadership or project management experience is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards is also necessary.

Applicants must either live within Saba or in the surrounding areas, or demonstrate the ability to travel to the location with ease.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in telemarketing, sales, business development, customer support, or related fields is required.
