Responsibilities
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information
Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments
Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications- including promotional materials for the MD
Establish and maintain strong communication links with MD, Clients and Departments
Proactively coordinate the MD’s calendar, which is comprised of heavy meeting scheduling and extensive travel coordination
Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
Provide overall office management and administrative duties
Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets
Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
Use discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally
Anticipate needs and accomplishes responsibilities without direction
Requirements
B.Sc in relevant discipline
3 years’ experience in similar capacity
Excellent presentation skills
Interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English Language
Excellent knowledge of MS office skills

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up on issues in a timely manner
Ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisions
Remuneration 80,000 Naira P/Month
