Commencing its services in 2002, the airline was founded with the mission of enhancing the economic vitality of Nigeria’s hinterland by providing reliable air transportation for business professionals, investors, and government officials. Today, it stands as a proud symbol of excellence within Nigeria’s aviation sector.
The airline specializes in scheduled domestic flights under its “Business Flyer” service, effectively introducing air travel to previously underserved regions of Nigeria. Its comprehensive network includes key destinations such as Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Florin, Azure, Duse, Minna, Baluchi, Ababa, and Jalingo. In addition to scheduled services, Overland Airways offers charter flights to a variety of locations across Nigeria, West Africa, and Central Africa.
By linking regional states to Nigeria’s economic powerhouses—Abuja and Lagos—Overland Airways has played a pivotal role in fostering economic growth and development in host communities.
The airline maintains a modern and well-equipped fleet consisting of nine advanced aircraft, including ATR-42s, ATR-72s, and Beech craft 1900Ds, which serve destinations throughout Nigeria, West Africa, and Central Africa.
