Responsibilities:
Interpret architectural blueprints and drawings for field personnel to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
Revit proficiency and visualization
Responsible for managing and directing daily on-site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Strict compliance with all health and safety protocols must be maintained at all times to safeguard personnel and operations.
Read, analyze, and clearly communicate the contents of intricate technical documents to on-site personnel.
Oversee, guide, and assess the productivity and workflow of on-site personnel, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and in compliance with established standards.
Evaluate and assess the functionality and performance of building systems through rigorous testing and analysis to ensure optimal operation and compliance with established standards.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout building projects. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.
Provide a detailed and precise account of project status updates to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and transparency in all communications.
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in on-site construction activities and site preparation is required for this position.
Proven portfolio showcasing hands-on expertise in site supervision, with a demonstrated ability to oversee construction projects effectively.
Skilled professionals should possess in-depth understanding of construction materials, assembly methods, industry benchmarks, and applicable codes and regulations.
A robust capacity for imaginative thinking and the skill to conceptualize and execute designs in three dimensions are essential for this role.
Visual acuity combined with meticulous attention to detail is essential, ensuring precision and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
Proven ability to effectively convey information and facilitate clear, consistent interactions among stakeholders is essential.
