We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee key operational functions, ensuring seamless workflows and adherence to strategic objectives. Conducting a thorough analysis of business unit performance to uncover key underlying drivers—both primary and secondary—is essential. This involves examining performance metrics and identifying the fundamental factors influencing outcomes.

Partner with business unit data analysts to assess the effect of initiatives on performance outcomes.

Develop both cash-based and non-cash-based Profit & Loss statements to evaluate profitability at the unit and country levels.

Provide meaningful, data-driven insights and analytical assistance to resolve intricate financial inquiries and obstacles presented by business teams.

Prepare ad-hoc financial reports with precision upon request from the FP&A Manager to aid diverse organizational initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate unusual occurrences while analyzing their influence on business outcomes.

Prepare a monthly report analyzing unit economics, segmented by product and business line.
