Assisting in recruitment, training and development of staffs
Instilling disciplines in staffs
Monitoring staff’s attendance on daily basis.
Providing support to supervisors and staff to develop the required skills and capabilities for jobs.
Monitoring staff performance and attendance activities
Performing other related duties as required.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Human Resources Management or any Social Science disciplines.
Student Registered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is an added advantage.
Must have at least 4 years cognate experience
Must be trustworthy, transparent and honest.
