Office Assistant

Job Description

As a competent Office Assistant you will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
The ideal candidate will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Duties

Run other errands within the office
To ensure that the office attains high level of cleanliness of building and surroundings at all times.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

Must have at least GCE O’level /SSCE certificate.
Organisation, initiative, tidiness, courtesy and good communication skills
Capacity to work as a team member.
