JOB DESCRIPTION:
Follow up on customers that call-in
Maintain Client Feedback requests and documentation
Check the status of ticket raised and ensure all open tickets are closed within the stipulated time frame.
Maintain Customer Loyalty.
Maintain Customer records by updating account information.6 Make recommendation base on customer’s request.
Requirements
Graduate from any discipline
Atleast a year experience in customer service role
Must have completed NYSC.
