Demand Creation and Product Sales
Market products to all Klamzie potential customers, collect customers contacts   and also drop a call card or flyer for contact or reference weekly.
Participant in all fashion shows or related cases to promote Klamzie products.
Report and analysis all existing or future treats or competitions.
Sale and Influence Products order to meet Klamzie sales target Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
Follow up on existing customers for product update, sales and stocking of products.
Ensure availability of products in all the retailer shops.
Coordinate the sales of products in Klamzie store

Customer Relations and Management

Ensure that all products meet customer’s satisfaction.
Building and reinforcing relationships with customers, prospects, retailers and other important stakeholder.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Work with Design and Production team to produce customer’s wears on accurately and timely.
Record Customer relevant information, Request and purchase
Collect Information on customers’ needs and preferred choice.

Team coordination, Documentation and Strategy Development

Manage Sales and Marketing team.
Submit summarized work plan for the team and each individual work plan
Ensure Klamzie Styles Office opens and closes at the stated time and stays in good condition.
Prepare Marketing budget and implement within the approved budget.
Submit Manger and Department report at the appropriate time.
Develop new Marketing, Promotional, Distribution, Product strategies to achieve Klamzie Styles goal
Take monthly stock
Identify marketing Opportunities or strategies to meet Klamzie goal
Document all Klamzie Styles marketing and sales details.
Recruit sales and marketing Officers and assistants when needed
Any other duties as assigned by the Design and Production Director provided it in line with Klamzie mission statement.

Qualification: 

At least an ND in relevant field (e.g. marketing) and two years of relevant training or working experience in Marketing.
Good Marketing   and Management Skills
Knowledge of fashion trends
Innovative and goal oriented
Computer literate with knowledge of the Internet
Active in social media platform.
