We seek a proactive Senior Sales Executive to expand Renmoney’s lending products among salary earners, self-employed professionals, and SMEs. In this role, you will lead comprehensive prospecting, generate high-quality leads, and oversee pipeline development while ensuring outstanding service to transform prospects into long-term customers across diverse regions.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive array of duties essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes managing strategic initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining rigorous adherence to compliance requirements. Additionally, the position demands meticulous attention to detail in analyzing performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency.
Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients by leveraging strategic research, trusted referrals, and professional networking opportunities.
Craft engaging sales presentations designed to showcase the distinctive advantages of our products.
Forge enduring client partnerships by consistently addressing their requirements and surpassing their expectations.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently while maintaining high performance standards throughout each reporting period.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all sales transactions and client engagements to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required for this position.
With a minimum of two years of demonstrated achievement in sales roles within the financial services sector, candidates should possess a track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
Achieved consistent success in exceeding sales targets and delivering impactful results.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate meaningful connections and foster trust.
The capacity to discern client requirements and develop customized strategies is essential.
A proactive individual with strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.
